You will need to make a specific appointment to see Dr David Richardson or Dr Alex Yao. Please let the receptionist know that you have been referred by another therapist and if you are coming to discuss Natural Hormone Therapy , Male Menopause, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia so that the appropriate appointment can be booked. For female hormone treatment a questionnaire will be mailed out for you to complete and bring with you. Please also bring any relevant results with you.

Initial appointments will be between 1-1.5 hours. If you are seeing Dr David Richardson, you will spend 20 minutes with Sr Christine Brelsford, Vanessa Ireton or Linda Eatough who will take a detailed medical history and set up your computer records. The remaining time will be with Dr Richardson. If you are seeing Dr Alex Yao you will see him for the full 1-1.5 hours. Please bring any test results you have.

Subsequent consultations will be 20-40 minutes.

Appointments for these conditions may not be made for Saturdays

Fees are payable at the time of consultation, cash, cheque or EFTPOS is accepted.

Initial consultation $125 gap.

Subsequent consultations $40 -100 gap depending on length of consultation.

Patients are only required to pay the Gap as Medicare rebate will be claimed directly on your behalf.

50% cancellation fees apply if appointments are cancelled with less than 24hours notice. (Not rebatable).
