You will need to make a specific appointment to see Dr David Richardson or Dr Alex Yao. Please let the receptionist know if you are coming to discuss Natural Hormone Therapy , Male Menopause, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia so that the appropriate appointment can be booked. An information booklet and questionnaires will be mailed out for you to complete and bring with you. Please also bring any relevant results with you.

Initial appointments will be between 1-1.5 hours.

If you are seeing Dr David Richardson, you will spend 20 minutes with Sister Christine Brelsford or Linda Eatough who will take a detailed medical history and set up your computer records. The remaining time will be with Dr Richardson.

If you are seeing Dr Alex Yao you will see him for the full 1-1.5 hours. Please bring any test results you have.

Subsequent consultations will be 20-40 minutes.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation, cash, cheque (made payable to Dr Richardson) or EFTPOS is accepted.

Initial consultation $290 - $320 depending on length and type of consult.

Subsequent consultations $50 – $150 depending on length and type of consult.

Patients are required to pay in full. To claim your Medicare rebate you can:

1) Go to your local Medicare office OR

2) If you have registered you bank account details with Medicare the rebate will be deposited into your bank account in 2-3 working days.

50% cancellation fees apply if appointments are cancelled with less than 24hours notice. (Not rebatable).
